Our new Upload Process is up & running!

As you know, after submitting your group set-up form to your carrier, you have to send us a copy as well. In the past, that meant faxing or scanning & emailing. Today we’ve given you another option.

Our new Upload Process is as easy as uploading a profile picture on Facebook. Here’s how:

  1. Set up your group by clicking “Add Group” from your Dashboard menu.
  2. Piedmont will then “activate” your group.
  3. Once the group is active, Select this group from your group list & click the “EDIT GROUP” button at the top of the screen
  4. On the group screen, click “Add Group File”
  5. Type in the name of the group for “Description” and browse your computer for the form. When you find it, click “upload” and you’re all set!

We recommend that you scan your group form & place it in a folder named after the group. You’ll also scan your paper authorization forms & store them in this folder.

Uploading paper EFT/DDP forms is just as easy:

  1. Click on the account name and select “Create New Authorization.”
  2. Enter each of your enrollees into our system (and choosing MANUAL as your confirmation method)
  3. Your Authorizations List will show each enrollee with “Manual” beside their name, and that same “ATTACH” button. Follow the same process for attaching the group form above.
  4. When you scan your forms for upload, we recommend you name each EFT form with the name of the enrollee, and scan them into a folder named with the account name. It’s easier to locate on your computer that way.

You can obviously do the same with fillable PDFs that you typed instead of hand writing.

And faxing paper forms is always welcome.

We’re excited to bring you this upgrade & look forward to bringing you more tools in the weeks ahead.
